Associate Pastor

Church Need

Grace Bible Fellowship, a multicultural, non-denominational church located in Cary, NC, is praying for a dynamic individual with a heartbeat for God to join us as an Associate Pastor. 

The Associate Pastor will enable children, youth and adults to respond in faith to the Word of God, by knowing and loving God, evidenced by relationships in which lives are increasingly transformed into the likeness of Christ.  He will oversee and supervise the ‘Children’s Church’ ministry which is held during the morning service.  He must encourage the use of an evangelistic approach that will reach boys and girls for Christ in the Triangle area.

* Must live in a vital personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
* Training and competence in Youth Ministry and Christian Education sufficient to stretch and lead these programs.
* M.Div. or seminary training recommended with minimum of five years pastoral staff or professional youth work experience. Consideration for individual with a BA/BS from a Christian college who also has much ministry experience.
* Strong consideration given to individual of diversity and multilingual.
