Women of Grace presents 2012 Health and Wellness Fitness Jumpstart Program
Join the GraceWalkers at Grace Bible Fellowship on Saturday morning to treat your
body and heart to a healthy new habit. Walking is a perfect low impact exercise. We
will go through a series of interval walks that will get your heart pumping and burn fat.
When: Saturday mornings beginning January 28, 2012 - 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. for 6 weeks
Cost: Free but registration is recommended
