Dr. Norman Peart is the founding pastor of Grace Bible Fellowship. Pastor Norm, as he is known at Grace, has a deep love for preaching and teaching the Bible, witnessing it transform lives, and to see Christianity be both relevant and significant in contemporary culture. This passion led him to gain an undergrad degree in Pastoral Studies and Masters in Divinity & Theology, capping his studies with a PhD in the areas of Sociology/Urban Studies from Michigan State University. He was an adjunct professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Presently, he is an adjunct professor at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a volunteer chaplain at the Cary Police Department. He and his wife Carolyn have lived in North Carolina since 1994.
